FTS Report on DOY 177

I.  The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks
at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(USNO).  The offset
is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view.

Comments: 
Values derived from linear least squares extrapolation or interpolation are indicated by (*) next to the time offset. 
$ Between DOY 162 (MJD 57915) and DOY 173 (MJD 57926) the USNO multi-channel receiver were displaying bad data. The problem was fixed since DOY 174 (MJD 57927). Bad data are being removed by hand. 

NOTES: All DSN data are from the new multichannel receivers.
SPC 10 and SPC 60 offsets are commonviewed with USNO and with each other.
SPC 40 offsets are all-in-viewed with USNO and with SPC 10.
