FTS Report on DOY 268

I.  The following are clock offsets, in microseconds between the clocks
at each DSN complex and each complex relative to UTC(USNO).  The offset
is a mean of readings using several GPS space vehicles in common view.

Comments: 
* Values derived from linear least squares extrapolation or interpolation are indicated by (*) next to the time offset. 
# SPC 40 online HM-301 frequency was adjusted by 5.8*E-13 on DOY 263 (MJD 58016). Frequency offsets were calculated since DOY 263 (MJD 58106).

NOTES: All DSN data are from the new multichannel receivers.
SPC 10 and SPC 60 offsets are commonviewed with USNO and with each other.
SPC 40 offsets are all-in-viewed with USNO and with SPC 10.
