IRTF/MIRLIN INFRARED IMAGES AND MAPS

These data were funded by NASA to monitor Jupiter in the infrared, providing a long-term temporal and spatial context to support the encounters of several spacecraft with the planet, e.g. the Galileo mission for this data set.

This dataset was obtained using Mid-Infrared Spectrometer and Imager (MIRLIN) at NASA’s Infrared Telescope Facility (IRTF). Observations were made from January 1996 to March 2003 and the dataset covers wavelengths 4.68 - 24.48 μm .
