Find a Node - Use these links to navigate to any of the 8 publicly accessible PDS Nodes.

This bar indicates that you are within the PDS enterprise which includes 6 science discipline nodes and 2 support nodes which are overseen by the Project Management Office at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC). Each node is led by an expert in the subject discipline, supported by an advisory group of other practitioners of that discipline, and subject to selection and approval under a regular NASA Research Announcement.

                                  REMS UV Flux Data

    REMS UV Flux Data

    CERTIFIED

Ultraviolet flux is measured in six different channels by the REMS UV sensor. The wavelength ranges of each channel are as follows: ABC (200-380nm), A (320-380nm), B (280-320nm), C (200-280nm), D (230-290nm), E (300-350nm) . Fully processed UV flux data are available, but uncertainty values for these measurements are not.

Columns in Reduced MOD RDR files:
(UVA Flux, UVB Flux, UVC Flux, UVABC Flux, UVD Flux, UVE Flux, UVA Uncertainty - not available, UVB Uncertainty - not available, UVC Uncertainty - not available, UVABC Uncertainty - not available, UVD Uncertainty - not available, UVE Uncertainty - not available, UVS Confidence Level)

    Rems UV Flux Sol:151 plot

This plot displays UV flux data from the morning of the 151st sol of the MSL mission. It shows UV flux in W/m2 is plotted against Local Mean Solar Time. UV flux is measured over 6 bands, 5 of which are included in the plot above. Uncertainties for these flux measurements are not available. The data in this plot can be obtained in file RME_410851407RMD01510000000_______P8.TAB
